Why payroll-backed credit
Payroll-deducted credit is one of the lowest-risk products in Brazilian consumer finance. The installment is withheld by the paying source — INSS, the public-sector body or the employer — before salary reaches the borrower’s account. The result is a predictable, recurring payment flow that is relatively insensitive to swings in consumption.
That structural feature makes payroll credit Finadi Capital’s core thesis and the collateral of our 1st debenture issuance.
What makes up the collateral
- INSS payroll loans — loans to retirees and pensioners, deducted from the social-security benefit, with a statutory deduction limit.
- Public-servant payroll loans — operations with federal, state and municipal civil servants, through agreements with paying agencies.
- Worker Credit — payroll loans for formally employed private-sector workers, operated via eSocial and Dataprev since Law No. 15.179/2025, without a bilateral agreement with each employer.
- Salary and 13th-salary advances — high-turnover products with automatic deduction from account or payroll.
All operations are documented through a Bank Credit Note (CCB), an extrajudicial enforceable instrument issued in favor of a Central Bank–regulated financial institution and later assigned to the securitization company.
In-house origination, from first contact to collections
The difference is at the source. Credits are originated by Finadi Fintech, the origination arm of the Finadi ecosystem, which runs the customer journey, underwriting, digital documentation and servicing of each contract. This is not a generic third-party book: we know the process that produced every credit in the collateral.
Criteria set in the indenture
Each issuance sets, in the indenture, the eligibility criteria for the credits — product type, tenor, borrower profile, minimum documentation and substitution rules. From day one, the noteholder knows what type of asset sits in the portfolio.
Clear collateral is collateral the investor can describe even before seeing the report.
