Collateral
Receivables from payroll loans and payroll-backed consumer credit, documented through Bank Credit Notes (CCB) and assignment of credits
A company milestone
Finadi Capital’s 1st Debenture Issuance marks the company’s entry into the capital markets. R$20 million in 20 series were structured, backed by receivables from payroll-backed credit with security — operations with payroll or account deduction, originated and followed by the Finadi ecosystem.
The collateral
The credit rights linked to the issuance arise from payroll-loan and payroll-backed consumer-credit operations, documented through Bank Credit Notes and acquired from Central Bank–regulated institutions. The indenture sets out, in objective terms:
- eligible credit products;
- eligibility criteria for each operation;
- rules for acquisition, substitution and reconstitution of collateral;
- the issuer’s information duties to noteholders.
Transparency for the noteholder
- Periodic reports on portfolio performance and payment events.
- Collateral sampling, with evidence of documentation of the acquired operations.
- Strict adherence to the indenture, the document that governs all operational and financial terms.
Private distribution
The issuance was made by private placement, exclusively for previously identified investors with a relationship with the company. Issuance terms — yield, tenor, security and risks — appear exclusively in the Indenture and the transaction documents made available to eligible investors.
Relationship investors
Terms, only in the indenture.
Because this is a private placement, yield, tenor, security and risks are not disclosed on this website. If you already have a relationship with Finadi Capital, complete KYC registration or talk to management to receive the transaction documents.
